3 tight ends Philadelphia Eagles can pick at No. 32 overall in 2025 NFL Draft

Rumors that the Philadelphia Eagles are looking to trade veteran tight end Dallas Goedert are heating up just days before next week's 2025 NFL Draft.

If that happens, fans can certainly expect the Eagles to select a young and talented tight end sooner rather than later in the draft.

With that said, here's a look a three tight ends Philly could turn to in Round 1 at No. 32 overall to replace the inevitable that is about to happen.

Colston Loveland – Michigan

Michigan's Colston Loveland is one of the best tight ends in this year's draft class and is not expected to make it out of the first round.

He played three seasons at Michigan, totaling 117 receptions for 1,466 yards and 11 touchdown receptions in 39 career games. Loveland enters the draft after starting 10 games in 2024, where he hauled in 56 receptions for 582 yards and five touchdowns.

While Loveland is a talented pass catcher, he doesn't offer much upside as a reliable blocker.

Mason Taylor - LSU

LSU's Taylor Mason will bring a solid combination of size, athleticism, and football IQ to whichever team he lands with.

Over his three-year collegiate career, Taylor amassed 129 receptions for 1,308 yards and six touchdowns, which set a new benchmark for tight ends in Tigers history. Just this past season, Taylor recorded 55 receptions for 546 yards and two touchdowns, averaging 9.9 yards per catch.

Unlike Loveland, Taylor's passing abilities complement his blocking skills extremely well.

Elijah Arroyo - Miami

Miami's Elijah Arroyo brings plenty of versatility to the table in the passing game as a catcher and as a blocker in the run game, which is what the Eagles will be looking for in Dallas Goedert's future replacement.

Arroyo enters the draft following a 2024 breakout year where he hauled in 35 of 47 targets for 590 yards for an impressive 16.9 yards per catch with seven touchdowns.
