Kathryn Hahn, the star of Agatha All Along, has commented on the possibility of her character appearing in MCU movies of the future. When looking at the list of upcoming MCU movies, there is admittedly little tying any of them to the more supernatural side of the franchise. The witches of Agatha All Along exist in somewhat of a side pocket of the universe, with only Doctor Strange tied to their magical nature. That said, Agatha All Along's cast now exists in the wider universe, meaning the potential for crossovers will always be present.

Interestingly, Kathryn Hahn recently commented on the possibility of Agatha's appearance in upcoming MCU movies during a live recording of the Happy Sad Confused podcast (via The Direct). After exploring how Agatha is one of the first truly learned witches in the MCU and commenting that she thinks witches are a great way to tell side stories in the franchise, Hahn commented on the concept of Agatha Harkness being placed in another Marvel grouping:
"But I do think that there, there is... would be a lot of potential fun in just dropping a witch into any grouping."
These comments came after Hahn was reminded that Agatha was even a governess for Reed Richards and Sue Storm's son Franklin Richards, who is potentially set to appear in The Fantastic Four: First Steps. As evident, Hahn is not averse to appearing in other MCU movies, driven primarily by how fun it would be for her to play in the sandbox with other actors and characters as a witch.
What Kathryn Hahn's Agatha Comments Mean For The MCU's Future
Agatha All Along May Not Be The End For The Character
Regarding what these comments may mean for the MCU's future, it could imply Agatha's journey continues after Agatha All Along. If the theories of Joe Locke's Marvel character are to be believed, that he is playing Wiccan, then Agatha All Along would have intense connections to the wider MCU via the Scarlet Witch. This could give Agatha a future beyond Agatha All Along's story, leaving her off for future appearances.
With Hahn commenting that she likes the concept of Agatha interacting with other MCU groups, this likelihood grows. After all, there are many ways Agatha could be folded into other MCU properties in the mentorship role she often possesses in Marvel Comics. As such, Hahn's comments could mean a lot for the MCU future via Agatha surviving past her solo show and going on to appear in more projects of the Multiverse Saga.
Our Take On Kathryn Hahn's MCU Movie Comments
My first reaction to Kathryn Hahn's comments about the MCU is that she is absolutely right. Above all the show's other positive aspects, Agatha All Along is simple spooky fun. A large factor in this is the show's cast of characters, with each actor immediately making the witches of the MCU likable, funny, and sympathetic. The characters are a delight to watch, with a big reason behind this being their supernatural origins as witches, Agatha included. As such, I cannot deny that Hahn is right when she says that dropping a witch into any facet of the MCU has great potential.
There are other supernatural movies like Blade or the potential Doctor Strange 3 which would not only allow for a lot of fun but also make sense logically for a witch to appear in...
With Hahn saying this, I immediately began thinking of which franchises could be the most fun for a witch or witch-adjacent character to appear in. Of course, there is the MCU's Young Avengers movie should Teen be confirmed as Billy Kaplan/Wiccan. Beyond that, there are other supernatural movies like Blade or the potential Doctor Strange 3 which would not only allow for a lot of fun but also make sense logically for a witch to appear in. Overall, Hahn is correct in her thoughts, and I now hope Agatha's continued appearances come to fruition after Agatha All Along concludes.
