Alexia Umansky Celebrates Engagement Party with Mom Kyle Richards' RHOBH Costars and Dad Mauricio

Alexia got engaged to Jake Zingerman — whom she's known since elementary school — in November

For Alexia Umansky, there was no place like home when it came to celebrating her engagement party.

The real estate agent and reality star — who is the daughter of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars and exes Kyle Richards and Maurcio Umansky — toasted her upcoming wedding to fiancé Jake Zingerman over the weekend with a stylish soirée at her family's Los Angeles-area home.

Alexia, 28, reshared a series of posts on her Instagram Stories highlighting the happy event. Richards also posted a photo from the party on her own Instagram grid showing the mother-daughter duo posing with RHOBH stars (former and current) Teddi Mellencamp, Lisa Rinna and Dorit Kemsley.

"Our beautiful bride to be @alexiaumansky was feeling the love last night 🤍," Richards, 56, captioned the post.

Kemsley, 48, wrote in the comments: "So happy to be there to celebrate the first of many beautiful moments for our stunning @alexiaumansky and her love, Jake! Such a fun night! 🥂."

In the various snaps that guests posted, Alexia and Zingerman — who got engaged in November — can be seen dancing together, mingling with loved ones and sharing some sweet moments. Clips captured Alexia's touching speech to their guests, which included a heartfelt tribute to her parents.

“There’s words I’d like to save for another day, if you know what I mean,” she said, seemingly referring to her wedding vows. “But I do want to start by thanking, first and foremost, my mom and dad. I love you guys so much. We wouldn’t be here without you guys today. This home is what it is because of you. I wanted to celebrate so badly here because of the home you made for us."

The bride-to-be then addressed her fiancé — whom she's known since elementary school — telling him, "For 20 years I've loved you... I'm so excited to marry you," before leaning in for a kiss.

Alexia closed out with a little request for her guests: "OK, now everyone dance your butts off!"

The party was held in the backyard, which was decorated with colorful lantern lights. A dance floor was set up where party-goers grooved the night away to music from a DJ.

Alexia wore bridal white for the occasion — a floor-length, long-sleeved dress with a plunging neckline in the front and ruching in the back. Her glam was done by Alyssa Marie Beauty and her hair by Chris Russell.

Richards — who is also mom to daughters Sophia, 25, and Portia, 17, with Mauricio and daughter Farrah Aldjufrie, 36, with ex-husband Guraish Aldjufrie — wore a striking burgundy sequined gown detailed with feathers on the skirt, topped with a fur jacket which she joked in her Instagram post was "on upside down" by mistake.

Maurico, 54, coordinated with his estranged wife — the pair announced their separation in July 2023 — in a burgundy suit with a black dress shirt and burgundy tie.

Alexia revealed her engagement last year by sharing a glimpse of a romantic dinner with Zingerman together with the simple caption: "11.7.2024 💍."

In a follow-up post, she reflected on the couple's journey — as she marked their five-year anniversary — alongside snaps of their time together over the years. "20 years of friendship. 12 years of best friendship. 5 years in a relationship. And now… husband and wife?!!! For the rest of our lives?!!! Piece of cake… we’ve been doing this 😌.

"Happy 5 Year Anniversary, my angel. I love you. Thank you for loving me 🫂🤍," she added. "(Video starts with the very first picture/video of us 😚😚ing 5 years ago 😆)."

Alexia previously shared that she and Zingerman have known each other since they were young kids while answering fan questions during a Q&A on her Instagram Stories last year, according to Bravo TV.

“We‘ve gone to school together since elementary school through college,” she wrote to fans at the time. “We were best friends the whole time. We got especially close in 10th grade when we turned 16, got cars, and were able to drive around town. Every day was a fun adventure.”

Earlier this year, Richards gave a little update on the couple's wedding plans, revealing that they had set a date. During an Amazon Live stream on Jan. 7, in response to a fan's question, she said, "We have a date. It's Sept. 6," per Bravo TV.

“I asked [Alexia] if I could say that. I said, ‘Am I allowed if anyone asks me?’ No one asked me, but I just offered it,” she continued, laughing. “So… semantics here, guys.”
