Amanda Holden has been a regular on our TV screens for two decades and is known for her age-defying looks - and now she has shared the secret to her youthful appearance

Britain's Got Talent panellist Amanda Holden has offered "proof" that she has never undergone surgical procedures. This revelation comes as the 54-year-old has disclosed the secret behind her age-defying appearance.Amanda acknowledges she is demanding when it comes to her beauty regime and has previously admitted to using Botox and minor "tweakments". However, Amanda, who gained recognition through Wild at Heart, insists she has never had cosmetic surgery. This statement addresses persistent speculation that Amanda has undergone surgical enhancement, reports the Express. In conversation with Hello! magazine, Amanda claims historical photographs of herself serve as "proof" that she hasn't had aesthetic surgery. She explained: "I think a lot of people think I've done a lot more than I have and always presume it's plastic surgery, but I've never gone under the knife.
"The proof is in the pictures of me back in the day. My eyebrows are in exactly the same place; we just have a bit more budget now."

Amanda does acknowledge being high-maintenance regarding her hair and cosmetics routine. She receives daily NAD-infused injections, describing them as "amazing" for issues like mental fatigue, and undergoes skin-firming procedures.
Nevertheless, Amanda reveals she takes a more casual approach to her skincare regimen. She admits she does "everything wrong" but has recently begun consuming collagen supplements.
She believes contemporary women are "breaking the rules" regarding the ageing process. She highlights celebrities such as Kylie Minogue and Jennifer Lopez who are "strutting around in thigh-high boots".

Amanda has observed that her grandmother appeared "looked decades older" in her fifties, a stark contrast to the modern woman who she believes are embracing mini-skirts in their fifties, even going as far as to suggest that "midi dresses should be banned".
In the past, Amanda has been open about her use of Botox when she was younger, but chose to stop following the birth of her youngest daughter, Hollie. She and husband Chris Hughes are parents to 13-year-old Hollie and their eldest daughter Lexi.

In a 2014 interview with Closer, she revealed: "Everybody knows that in the past, yes, I've talked about having Botox. Since spending too much time in intensive care after nearly losing a baby, I've not gone under the knife or had any injections."
Despite this, Amanda has expressed that she would do "anything" to maintain her youthful appearance. She credits a £31 Elizabeth Arden cream for helping to keep her complexion looking fresh.
During an interview with Prima, Amanda praised the skincare product, stating: "This is the one beauty product I've bought on repeat throughout my life," Holden continues: "I think it's great as a lip gloss because it doesn't just sit on top of your lips like many others do, or as a moisturiser".
The Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream Skin Protectant, which was created in 1930 to soothe skin, has remained a popular choice among celebrities and beauty shoppers alike, nearly a century after its inception.
