TV favourite Amanda Holden is about to enjoy her summer break with her family, but not without warning any would-be thieves thinking about breaking in to her home
Amanda Holden has delivered a six-word warning to any potential burglars as she prepares to jet off on holiday with her family. During a recent episode of her Heart Breakfast show, her co-host Jamie Theakston asked whether she was excited about her break, to which she responded that she "cannot wait".
Amanda, who is preparing to travel with her husband, record producer Chris Hughes, and daughters Lexi and Hollie, has enjoyed numerous overseas adventures over the past year or so, including trips to Barbados, Dubai and Corfu.

However, Amanda's upcoming getaway doesn't cause her any worry about home security. In fact, there's a perfectly valid reason why, though she also delivered a warning to any potential intruders.

During the programme, Jamie questioned his Heart FM colleague by asking: "Amanda, you're off on holiday. I bet you can't wait?" She responded: "I cannot wait. Me and the children and my gorgeous husband, we are gone! But don't go and burgle my house because it's gonna be full up with people. So, just giving you a little note.
Back in February, Amanda left her followers stunned, as she looked more like her teenage daughters' sister than their mother in a photograph captured in Barbados.
In the image, she was sporting a black dress as the family savoured dinner. In the post, Amanda wrote "Me and my girls" alongside a black heart emoji.

Admirers flocked to the comments section to express their praise for the Britain's Got Talent judge. One person described it as a "gorgeous family pic", noting that they "look like sisters", and remarking that "Hollie has grown into a stunning young lady".
Nevertheless, they weren't alone in spotting the striking resemblance. The glowing remarks kept flowing, alongside a cascade of red heart emojis. Another fan simply dubbed them "sisters" before adding "gorgeous". A third described them as "knockouts".
Back in April, Amanda captured attention once more by donning a show-stopping red dress while in Dubai. She was once again enjoying a family break and posted several snaps showcasing her holiday wardrobe on Instagram.
The photos also attracted admiring responses from two other celebrity figures. Below the images, Strictly Come Dancing's Tess Daly and Loose Women's Ruth Langsford left flame emojis.
In an unrelated incident, Amanda was reportedly left mortified after inadvertently exposing herself to her workmen, reports the Mirror. She disclosed on her Heart radio show that she'd chosen to install a time-lapse camera outdoors while carrying out garden renovations.
Yet after its installation, the electrician informed her it had been recording for several days, leaving Amanda stunned, as she confessed she's "always naked in her back garden".
She revealed: "No word of a lie, I have definitely been naked and then for a joke the other day, I was sorting something out in the garden and my husband waved at me from the bedroom window, and I flashed my boobs at him!"
Amanda claimed she was completely unaware the camera was recording and is now worried, saying: "Now Andy's [the workman] going to be reviewing this footage, and I need it all deleted!"
