Alix Earle is ready to break a leg on the dance floor.
The TikTok star—who was recently announced as a celebrity competitor on the upcoming season of Dancing With the Stars—stepped out for the 2025 American Music Awards May 26, where she revealed she has yet to learn which pro dancer she’ll be hitting the ballroom with this fall.
“They don't tell you,” Alix exclusively told E! News on the AMAs red carpet at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas. “Everyone keeps asking me and I don't know. I wish I knew.”
While the 24-year-old—who is set to present an award during the ceremony hosted by Jennifer Lopez—said she’d be “honored to be with anyone” as a partner on the reality competition series, she admitted she’s hoping for someone who will help her step outside her comfort zone.
“I'm looking for someone that’s going to challenge me,” she explained. “I really want to push myself in this experience because it's a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.”
In addition to polishing her dance skills, Alix—who is dating NFL wide receiver Braxton Berrios—is also gunning for a partner who will bring out the best of her personality.

“I’m looking for someone that I’m able to have good banter with,” she added. “At first I'm a little shy, so I need someone who's a little bit more extroverted to get me to open up.”
In addition to the content creator, other presenters set to hit the AMA stage include Dylan Efron, Shaboozey, Ciara, Nikki Glazer, Wayne Brady and Cara Delevingne. Performers include Gwen Stefani, Benson Boone, Gloria Estefan and Reneé Rapp, as well as honorees Janet Jackson and Rod Stewart.
