Andy Cohen Enjoying New ‘Liberated’ Erika Jayne: ‘There’s a Lightness About Her’

Erika Jayne has seen one lawsuit too many in recent years. As seen on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, her estranged ex, Tom Girardi, took a massive fall from grace. However, his actions also impacted Erika, as speculation mounted that she was knowingly using stolen funds for her lavish lifestyle. Thankfully, Erika has cleared a few of these legal hurdles, and if you ask Andy Cohen, this little light of hers is now shining on RHOBH.

On SiriusXM’s Andy Cohen Live, Andy and his cohost, John Hill, touched on the recent RHOBH Season 14 premiere. Andy loved it. John only watched half before the clock struck his bedtime (I feel seen). However, he did enjoy the parts that he saw.

Andy agreed. In seasons past, viewers complained, stating that nothing ever happened in this series. “They don’t have anything. Nothing’s happening,” Andy recalled, voicing the complaints that he typically overhead or read online.

Thankfully, Season 14 is turning this diamond-encrusted Dodge around. “It’s action-packed. I gotta tell you. It is action-packed. There’s a lot of gals, there’s a lot going on,” Andy exclaimed.

Specifically speaking, Andy is “enjoying Erika, kind of the liberated Erika,” he noted. He then touched on her legal and life issues, stressing, “We’ve seen her go through a lot, and she seems to have come out on the other side of it. I know there are things still going on, but there’s a lightness about her and a calm about her that I think is really, I like it. I like it,” he gushed.

Dark storylines and personalities make for drab viewings, so cheers for more “Merce is in the purse” moments this season from Erika.
