The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum, who appeared on Season 13, took to her Instagram feed on September 23 to open up about the next steps in her health journey.

"So I have a tumor on my gallbladder and gallstones, so the gallbladder will be coming out very soon," Marcellus Wiley's wife explained in a video, which showed her walking on a treadmill.

She went on to share that the surgeons were "very concerned" that there could be other tumors in her body, so she "had an MRI last week."

"And the MRI did not show any visible tumors or anything anywhere else," she continued. "So that was incredible news."

The mom of three added that, "surgery is scheduled for very soon" for the tumor that she does have.

"[The] gallbladder will come out. I'll send it to pathology and slice it up and look at it under the microscope, and then that's when we'll know if it is cancerous, malignant, or non-cancerous benign," Annemarie shared. "So, I'm super optimistic, the surgeons are super optimistic, so I'll keep you guys posted."

She then advised her followers to "prioritize [their] mental health" because "stress does horrible things to our bodies."

In the caption of her Instagram video, Annemarie also noted that she was "feeling strong and optimistic that this journey will soon be behind [her] with a positive outcome."

"If sharing my experience encourages even one person to listen to their body and advocate for themselves, that brings me so much joy..." she continued in the caption of her post. "I'll keep you all updated. Thank you all for checking on me and lifting me up."

In addition to being open about her own health, Annemarie previously got candid about the heartbreaking loss of her mother to Stage IV cancer on the RHOBH Season 13 reunion.

"She had this terrible cough, so I made her a doctor's appointment, and they found an 8 by 7 centimeter tumor in her lung," she told reunion host Andy Cohen about losing her mom, Jane, during filming for Season 13.
