The Walking Dead fans are about to suffer a major streaming setback. One of the series' spinoffs will disappear from a major streaming platform soon.
Over the course of The Ones Who Live, the iconic duo reunite and escape their would-be oppressors, all while bringing down the CRM from the inside and exposing the horrors of their many atrocities to light. The Ones Who Live was widely lauded by both critics and audiences, who hailed the series' tense drama, tight plot, and masterful performances as highlights of an already inspiring show.
The series earned eight major industry award nominations and took home a Saturn Award for Best Television Presentation. The show is still in the running for the yet-to-be-announced Critics' Choice Super Award for Best Actress in a Limited Series for Gurira as Michonne. At the time of writing, The Ones Who Live holds an 88% critics' rating on review aggregator Rotten Tomatoes, while its user-generated audience score is at 76%.
Fans are also eagerly awaiting further details regarding the long-awaited More Tales from the Walking Dead Universe, a follow-up to the original Tales from the Walking Dead Universe anthology series that was announced in 2023.
The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live is available to stream on Netflix until Aug. 19.
