Grant Ellis Reacts To Suggests He Date An Ex From The Bachelor
Many Bachelor Nation fans didn’t expect Grant Ellis to give Juliana Pasquarosa his final rose and an engagement ring. Season 29 runner-up Litia Garr was blindsided by the decision, as well.
As fans predicted, Grant and Juliana’s relationship didn’t last long. They broke up earlier this month, less than three months after the proposal aired on TV. Grant Ellis addressed questions from fans during an Instagram Live over the weekend. He denied breaking up with Juliana but said he wasn’t “heartbroken” over the split.
In fact, he revealed that he plans to go on the Italy trip solo. ABC gifted the couple a trip to Italy. The same gift the network gave the ill-fated Golden Bachelor couple Gerry Turner and Theresa Nist.
During the IG Live, Grant Ellis shut down speculation that he might join Season 10 of Bachelor In Paradise. The new season premieres on July 7. He said that he’s not looking to date right now and is focusing on himself.
He also shut down the possibility of reconnecting with any of the women from his season. “I don’t rekindle. I move forward … I would not get back with anybody from my past. Life is best when you move forward, not backward,” he said.
Sign Grant & Juliana Have Cut All Ties
According to Us Weekly, Grant Ellis told fans during the live video that he doesn’t talk to Juliana now that they’ve broken up. “No, we don’t really talk like that,” he said.
Despite vowing to remain friendly, it seems the former couple has cut all ties. Us Weekly noted that Grant and Juliana no longer follow each other on social media. Furthermore, the former Bachelor star seems to have deleted any photos with Juliana from his Instagram account. Juliana, however, still has photos with her ex on her social media.
Neither have spoken out about what led to their decision to split. They both said that they realized they weren’t right for each other. But fans hope that Juliana will go on a podcast to spill the tea like Rachael Kirkconnell went on the Call Her Daddy podcast with details about her breakup with Matt James.
According to Rachael, she was completely blindsided when Matt James posted on Instagram that they had broken up. She didn’t expect him to go public with the split so fast.
