Janette Manrara has been seen celebrating one of Strictly Come Dancing co-stars' birthdays belatedly after she was forced to say another sad goodbye.
The presenter and professional dancer hasn't got much time to slow down as having recently started a break from playing the iconic role of Roxie Hart in Chicago, she's new on tour dancing again with her husband Aljaz Skorjanec.
The loved-up pair, who are famed for their Strictly Come Dancing roles, kicked off their A Night To Remember tour in Swansea last Wednesday (May 14) after previously announcing their 19-date tour which will see them performing at venues up and down the country.
The show is said to promise to be the dance stars' biggest show to-date, featuring a sensational ensemble of some of the UK’s very best dancers and singers.
In addition, Aljaž and Janette will take to the dance floor to perform stunning routines to an eclectic array of music - spanning the Great American songbook through to modern day classics - backed by their very own big band, fronted by boogie woogie star Tom Seals.
As the tour continues, Janette managed to grab some time to help Katya Jones celebrate her recent 36th birthday. The Russian dancer and choreographer marked the special occasion on May 12.
Taking to Instagram on the day itself, Janette shared a number of photos of herself and Katya when they were celebrated her birthday last year with a boat trip.
Alongside the post, the It Takes Two host wrote on her Instagram Story: "This time last year!! Happy Birthday @katyajones. One of the kindest, most talented, most thoughtful humans I have the privilege of calling a best friend! I love you!!!!"
Now, the pair were able to unite in person to celebrate, heading to London's Sexy Fish restaurant together. Posting a string of pictures on Instagram, Janette and Katya were all smiles as they tucked into some sushi dishes, and were joined for the dinner date by friend and Olympic star Aimee Fuller.
Alongside the post, Janette wrote; "Extended the birthday celebrations even further for @katyajones at @sexyfishlondon! It’s got to be done when it’s someone as special as her.
"Delicious food, laughs, deep and meaningfuls, and ended the day without the heals on (a necessity for @aimee_fuller who ran a marathon in the morning before coming). HAPPY BIRTHDAY my beautiful friend!"
Katya was quick to respond to the post, as she said: "Thank you! So grateful," while fans were delighted to see the pair reunited.
Meanwhile, Janette has had to say a goodbye to her mother as she headed back to the USA after spending some time in the UK, helping her and Aljaz with their daughter, Lyra, due to their hectic work commitments.
Sharing a post on Instagram, Maritza Manrara said: "My princess Lyra ,are going to miss our days at the park ,the ice cream and the joy to watch you play and cuddle with me and call me Abu no. I love you mi Nina bella ,and Ati and janette we have the best time all together ,miss you all."
Katya was among those to respond to the message and string of adorable photos and said: "Precious time that she will always have in her heart! Safe travel x see you soon."
