Strictly Come Dancing's Tasha Ghouri has opened up about her controversial breakup to Andrew LePage. Tasha was "going to marry" her 30-year-old ex-boyfriend, who she met on Love Island in 2022, and they had "discussed having children" before they split in January after a two-and-a-half-year romance.
Tasha became the first ever deaf contestant to appear on the hit reality dating show set in Majorca. The 26-year-old proved her talent for ballroom dancing when she made it to the final of last year's Strictly Come Dancing alongside her professional dance partner Aljaž Škorjanec. She lost out on the iconic glitterball trophy to West Derby-born comedian Chris McCausland and his partner Dianne Buswell.
Tasha shocked her followers when she announced her break up to Andrew shortly after her time on the hit dancing show, as the couple appeared to have a "perfect relationship" online.

The former Love Island star recently appeared on Rylan's "How to Be in Love" podcast where she spoke about having to "break his [Andrew's] heart."
Explaining her reason for the break-up, she shared: "I felt I'd got to the point where I had to beg for affection, just simple things, like flowers, writing me a card."

She said the couple drifted apart while she was on Strictly, despite Andrew showing immense support for his girlfriend online, as well as being pictured most Saturday nights in the audience.
Tasha explained her side of the relationship: "On social media it does come across like he was supporting me, but emotionally at home he wasn't."
She recalled a moment when she tried to call him about her concerns in the dance-off: "I remember this one time I was in the dance-off in the semi-finals and I remember I called him saying 'I'm in the dance off I feel really nervous' and he was just sat there gaming." She added: "That's where I kind of started to really think 'I deserve better than that'"
Tasha shared she "felt so deflated" in the relationship and was upset by the fact she "had to break his heart" in the public eye. She has since shared she would like a "closure chat" to say a proper goodbye to Andrew.
However, Andrew has wasted no time and was quick to hit back at Tasha after her appearance on the podcast. In a post on social media platform Snapchat, Andrew wrote to his followers: "I wasn't going to speak about it all. However the girl can't keep my name out her mouth even though she's got a new boyfriend.
"The truth is … she went on Raya while we were still together … oops. No one is perfect in a relationship but you keep talking s*** about me and I'll start talking. She did one too many podcasts unfortunately. This is your closure chat [goodbye emoji.]
The former couple have since posted on their own social media pages to address the "hurtful comments." They both hope they can "move on and be happy."
