Wedding bells are ringing!
Bachelor Nation fans got to know and love Becca Tilley on Season 19 and Season 20 of “The Bachelor.”
Since her time on the shows, Becca has found love off-screen with her girlfriend Hayley Kiyoko, and the two have been going strong for over seven years.
The couple loves to keep fans updated with their lives online and recently shared that they are officially engaged!
Now, Becca is taking to her Instagram Stories for a Q&A about all things wedding planning and her engagement.
One fan asked if her relationship feels different after getting engaged and Becca said, “I just feel even more connected to her. It’s not like anything different in our day to day, but just this closeness and security. I didn’t expect to feel the shift because I knew I wanted to be with her forever with or without a ring, but I think the symbolism and choice from both of us just makes it feel even more certain!”
Fans also asked if she feels more pressure now to propose back to Hayley and Becca got candid with her answer.
She said, “I just want it to be as special for her as it was for me. She went so above and beyond to make me feel so loved and seen and celebrated. I want her to have the proposal of her dreams because that’s what she did for me.”
And while they just got engaged, Becca was already talking wedding plans!
She shared whether they are hoping for a big wedding or a small wedding, saying, “We really want it to feel intimate, but I think that’s all about the people who are there. A small amount or a huge amount — if they’re the people who love and support and celebrate our relationship, that’s what matters most to me. [Our friends] Tanya and Ryan had a lot of people, but it still felt so intimate because everyone there was a significant part of their relationship!”
Another fan asked if their beloved dog Phoebe will be involved in their wedding day.
The Bachelor Nation star said, “There’s no world where Phoebe would not be a part of the wedding. Might have to sedate her to keep her from frantically trying to get to us, but we will figure that out haha!”
We are so happy for Becca and Hayley and can’t wait for all that the future holds for these two.
