Bengals' Ja'Marr Chase Drops Hilarious Admission About Unexpected Week 8 News

The Cincinnati Bengals will be looking for their third straight win on Sunday when they face Jalen Hurts and the Philadelphia Eagles. It will be a difficult game against a very solid opponent and with a victory, they would improve to .500.

Earlier this month, the NFL announced that this Week 8 matchup would be changed from a 4:25 PM ET start to 1 PM ET. Apparently, not everybody got the memo.

Speaking to reporters on Thursday afternoon, Bengals wideout Ja'Marr Chase revealed that he had no clue Cincinnati was playing earlier. His reaction? Absolutely priceless.

"I'm under a rock bro, I'm not going to lie," Chase said. "I did not know that, and I don't think anybody was going to tell me, either, until you did. I don't like that time though, it's too early in the morning for me to wake up, 4 o'clock is pretty cool, you still have some time after to eat dinner with your family. I'd say 4 is my best time, they should've kept it there."

Hilarious stuff from Chase, who admitted that he's not a morning person. In fact, it takes him two hours each day to even talk to anyone in the locker room.

The former LSU standout is enjoying a nice campaign. He has 39 catches for 620 yards and six touchdowns already. Cincy will need him at his best against Philly.
