Former Real Housewives of New York star Bethenny Frankel has broken her silence on the show's reboot.
The Skinnygirl mogul, 54, who was an original cast member on the series, said that longtime fans of the Bravo franchise had told her that the reboot was 'unwatchable.'
'I haven't seen it and I don't know the women, they seem lovely, I'm not blaming them at all,' she said in a TikTok video.
'But there must be an art to the disaster, because we were a hot a** mess,' she continued, referring to her cast during her time on the show.
'I've seen Ramona [Singer] s**t on the floor, Sonja [Morgan] s**t the bed and wear a diaper, Luann [de Lesseps] fall into the bushes.'
'Oh my god, the powers that be must be writhing in pain that we really were the golden era of the Housewives.'
The reality star then gave a shoutout to her former castmates, including Dorinda Medley and Jill Zarin.
Bravo rebooted the Real Housewives of New York City with an entirely new cast last year for the show's 14th season.
The new cast stars Sai De Silva, Ubah Hassan, Erin Lichy, Jenna Lyons, Jessel Taank, and Brynn Whitfield, with Racquel Chevremont and Rebecca Minkoff joining the following season.
Since the reboot, ratings have continued to decline for the series, with the season 15 premiere marking an all-time low for the franchise.
Longtime RHONY fans have lashed out at the reboot on social media, with many branding it 'boring.'
'New RHONY is soooo boring. I don't understand what they're talking about half the time, it's just "he said she said." They're clearly trying to produce themselves, they're not friends, it all feels soooo fake,' one complained.
'I love the women on the new RHONY (or most of them) but I do feel like they’re trying so hard to make sure the show doesn't flop that it's coming off fake,' another wrote.
A third added, 'Sorry but RHONY is so f***ing boring. These women are painfully uninteresting.'
So far, the new RHONY has caused more drama off camera than on.
Back in March, cast member Sai De Silva caused a stir when she said new cast member Rebecca Minkoff was 'kind of boring' and 'too nice for the show' during a hot mic moment on the Jeff Lewis Live radio show.
'People are trying to take her down but she's unresponsive,' she added.
While Rebecca has failed to bring any drama to the series, she has raised eyebrows for her ties to Scientology and her family's dark history in the religion.
