Bethenny Frankel helps out with US fires
Bethenny Frankel is helping out with the US fires by recruiting her charity, BSTRONG, to head into the areas affected as soon as they can. She’s also asking donations, in which 100 percent goes towards it.
She has already warned that California fires are “different,” while her emergency mission charity, which is is partnered with Global Empowerment Mission, sent firefighters to the flame-riddled areas.
The former star of The Real Housewives of New York star said, “In different places, we create these warehouses that are stacked with aid, we know that sadly in California they historically have fires.”
She’s applauded for ‘doing good things’
Bethenny is being applauded for “doing good things” with her platform, similarly to Kyle Richards’ ex Mauricio Umansky. She said they’ll help rebuild homes that have been destroyed in the fires.
She said, “We created a model that works pretty much anywhere. The warehouse creates these crisis boxes, and the money we raise goes to cash cards so they have the dignity to purchase what they need.”
“We have trucks that are able to head in there the minute it’s safe to, we’ll go to churches and schools. Later, we help rebuild as we find a lot of charities want to talk about it only when it’s popular,” she added.
