The betting markets are set for the new series of Britain’s Got Talent 2025 after two acts secured a golden buzzer from the opening show.

It's all change for the new series of Britain's Got Talent (BGT) as we start on the journey to find the entertainment show's 18th winner.

This year's series has started earlier than usual to accommodate a change further down the schedule - it will be on Saturdays instead of Sundays each week and the live semi-finals will air weekly rather than in consecutive days across a week in May.

It means it will be the longest running series of BGT in its history - usually it only hits our screens from April through to the finals in May.

The other key change is a tweak to the judging panel. Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and Bruno Tonioli will return as the main four but influencer KSI will stand in as a guest judge when Tonioli has other work commitments.

The series only started last Saturday (22nd February) but what do we know about the early frontrunners? Let's look at the latest BGT odds to find out more.

Who is the favourite to win Britain's Got Talent?

The early favourite to win Britain's Got Talent 2025 with the bookmakers is Leeds comedian Will Burns (6/1 bet365), whose performance prompted Ant and Dec to hit the golden buzzer in the opening show.

When any of the judges or Ant and Dec hit the huge giant golden buzzer, it automatically guarantees the contestant will perform in the live semi-finals.

Meanwhile, the others with a single figure price at this early stage are Teddy Magic (8/1), an eight-year-old whose card trick was a hit with the judges, and the opening night's other golden buzzer act Vinnie McKee (10/1 Star Sports).

The Scottish singer and songwriter secured his ticket to the live shows after performing The Proclaimers hit I’m Gonna Be (500 Miles).
