DWTS Pros Ezra Sosa & Rylee Arnold Make Huge Announcement

“Dancing With the Stars” pros Ezra Sosa and Rylee Arnold are working together on a dream job.

The ballroom dancers have inked a deal to join the Press Play Dance Convention. After teasing the news on March 30, the official announcement came a day later.

“Guess who’s joining @pressplay Dance Convention? Ezra & Rylee are bringing the Ballroom heat! Catch all the sizzle and sass with one of America’s fave Ballroom duos — it’s gonna be a blast,” read official announcement on Instagram.

Sosa, 24, took to his Instagram Stories to share the announcement, calling it a “dream come true.”

Ezra Sosa & Rylee Arnold’s Career News Received High Praise

Details about what Sosa and Arnold, 19, will be doing haven’t been disclosed, though it’s presumed they will be partaking in some of the upcoming convention dates — perhaps as instructors — listed on Press Play’s Instagram account.

After the news went public, colleagues, friends, and fans of Sosa and Arnold reacted in the comments section of the post.

“Congrats you two!” wrote “Dancing With the Stars” pro Britt Stewart.

“Every time you post I don’t think it can get any better and somehow you manage to make my jaw drop every time,” another comment read.

“What?!??? Keeps getting BETTER and BETTER,” a third person added.

“WOOOORRRRRK,” said season 33 “Dancing With the Stars” alum Chandler Kinney.

Rylee Arnold Is Currently Nursing an Ankle Injury

Arnold is currently sitting out of the “Dancing With the Stars” tour for a few nights due to an ankle injury that she suffered during a live show in Salt Lake City.

“I just wanted to give you guys a quick update. I’m sure you’ve heard or probably saw… last night at the Salt Lake City show, I injured/sprained my ankle in one of my dances and was not able to continue dancing,” Arnold said in a video posted to Instagram on March 28.

“But good news! It is not broken. It is sprained, but I just need to take this time to heal and make sure I can return back to the show,” she added.

Though Arnold is expected to miss a few shows, she is hoping to return to the DWTS Live Tour in the coming weeks. It’s unknown if her injury will have any affect on her upcoming gigs with Press Play. It’s also unclear how she and Sosa will work the conventions into their DWTS schedule, presuming they are both cast on season 34 — but fans will likely get more details soon.
