The Buffalo Bills already have one of the best offenses in football with Josh Allen leading Joe Brady's unit en route to an MVP win last season.
With Mack Hollins and Amari Cooper out, the Bills signed Los Angeles Chargers receiver Josh Palmer in free agency to a three-year deal. But while Palmer offers some juice downfield, the Bills, for most, need another weapon.
However, with their tight salary cap situation, splurging is out of the question, but what if they take a look at a receiver who won't break the bank?
Bleacher Report's Kristopher Knox has listed Tennessee Titans receiver Treylon Burks as a potential fit for Buffalo.
"Burks would make the most sense for teams with established quarterbacks and creative offensive play callers. Both the Buffalo Bills and Kansas City Chiefs would be logical suitors," Knox writes. "In Buffalo, he could develop as an ancillary target behind receivers like Keon Coleman, Joshua Palmer and Khalil Shakir."

As a former first-round pick, Burks has underwhelmed in terms of production, totaling only 699 yards and one touchdown in three seasons.
Burks, though, has some baggage. He is coming off an ACL tear after just five weeks last season, so that must be factored into the equation, too.
Seen as a complementary piece to the Bills' offense, Burks is a good route-runner and has sure hands. Standing at 6'2’’, Burks could give Allen a nice advantage on throws due to his size and ability to make contested catches.
A move for Burks won't break the bank, but his health would be the biggest question mark for Buffalo if it were to go ahead with getting Burks in the building.
