The Boston Bruins are set to face off against the Los Angeles Kings on March 23. The Original Six club is currently in the middle of a rough stretch, losing each of their last five games. This includes a 3-1 loss to the San Jose Sharks in their last matchup on March 22.
As expected, Bruins head coach Joe Sacco confirmed that Jeremy Swayman will be between the pipes against the Kings. It is easy to understand why, as Joonas Korpisalo started for the Bruins against San Jose.
Swayman is entering this matchup on a cold streak, losing three straight appearances. He allowed at least four goals in each of those appearances, including five on 32 shots against the Vegas Golden Knights in his last game on March 20. Now, he will aim to bounce back against LA.
Here is the Bruins' full projected lineup for their contest against the Kings.
