Brandi questions Andy's boldness in sending texts to his employees about their sex lives.
"Are you that stupid that you're texting employees about sex? Like he does not care. He doesn't think he's gonna get caught. He thinks he can do whatever he f**king wants, and so far, he has," she claimed.
'LITTLE SEX WORKER'
Brandi believes Andy has tried to push her to sleep with men he likely can't sleep with "because they are straight."
"I think that Andy wants me to take over and conquest [sic] the people that he can't because they're straight. So I'm like his little sex worker, and I'm not, I'm sorry. I'm a mom of two. I've been in two long-term relationships my entire life.
"I'm not what he's made me into in his head. I'm not that, and I have to play the role. And it f**king is disgusting," she said.
The Traitors alum said her boss has "asked me to tell him about the people I have sex with and who has a big penis."
"It's just not boss behavior. You don't get to do that to me.
"I don't have to tell you this, but I'm going to because I need a job and that is abuse of power. It just is. I feel like a f**king prostitute in a weird way," she said.
ANDY'S WORK EMAIL ON PENIS SIZE
Brandi said it was clear to her early on that this would not be a typical employer-employee relationship.
In January 2013, Brandi appeared on Watch What Happens Live and was asked by Andy what some Bravo fans would deem a fairly run-of-the-mill question for the alcohol-fueled, late-night talk show.
Andy asked her how good of a lover her ex-husband, actor Eddie Cibrian was, and she answered something to the effect of, "He's great, he's a nine."
It wasn't so much the crass on-air question that bothered Brandi — though she says she didn't exactly enjoy talking about her ex's prowess on TV — but rather that her answer, "a nine," seemed to rattle around in Andy's mind well after the show was over.
Andy reached out to her the following day from his NBC Universal email.
He wrote, "Get home safe. Eddie was a NINE?" which Brandi interpreted as a reference to his penis size.

"The last thing I want to do is talk about my ex, especially his penis size," Brandi told The U.S. Sun.
"But you're on his show, you're playing by his rules. You have to answer the question.
"I said 'Oh, he's a nine. He's great.' And that being on television is one thing, but then the next day, he starts emailing me to try to get more information about my ex-husband's penis. And this is private, this is not for public consumption anymore.
In that moment, I knew I had to put up with it. I knew that this is going to be our relationship.

"This isn't like the joke that he was supposedly making. I don't even think it's funny. It's not a joke that's just weird, but to follow up and ask more questions.
"I just in that moment, I knew I had to put up with it. I knew that this is going to be our relationship."
Brandi said the tenor of their relationship continued that way throughout her career with Bravo.
Andy Cohen's Career
Andy Cohen has blazed quite the career for himself despite being often mired in controversy.
Andy received a degree in broadcast journalism from Boston University.
He held local internships in TV and radio before landing his first job out of college job as a news clerk at CBS News working for the show, CBS This Morning.
He worked with CBS for a decade and became a producer for both the morning show and 48 Hours.
In 2000, he got a job in program development at Trio, a cable network owned by NBC Universal.
In 2004, he landed a job at Bravo, also an NBC Universal property, as vice president of original programming.
Andy helped develop the Real Housewives franchise, starting with The Real Housewives of Orange County in 2006.
In July of 2009, his boozy late-night talk show, Watch What Happens Live premiered.
Andy has also been a regular guest on Today and Morning Joe, and has co-hosted Live! with Kelly, and The View.
He has his own channel on Sirius XM radio (Radio Andy), and his own book imprint, Andy Cohen Books, with Henry Holt & Co.
He has written several books including The Andy Cohen Diaries, Superficial, and The Daddy Diaries,
Andy and Anderson Cooper have also teamed up for CNN's annual New Year's Eve coverage since the 2017-18 special.
"I've been dealing with very sexually explicit texts and emails for over a decade, and none of them were jokes.
"I had to act like I wasn't bothered by it, because what if I said, 'You're disgusting.' You think I would ever work again, or, 'F**k off'? No, I would be dead in the water."
The model-turned-reality star said she continued to tolerate it because Andy continued to promise her work.
"It was like he was dangling the carrot. Like, 'Oh, here's $5,000 to do this, and here's five to do that,' and, 'We think we're gonna bring you back.' But I feel like, for him, my life is a joke," she said.
ANDY'S ASK
Brandi also claimed that Andy asked her to tell him anything she had heard about him in the sack.
In another text message from July 27, 2022, Andy wrote, "Btw [by the way] next time I see you I wanna hear all the sex stuff you've heard about ME!"
Brandi responds, speaking about Andy's ex, "I really haven't heard that much honestly other than Marco, that's it."

Brandi said Andy's probing about what she knew about his own sex life was a bizarre ask.
"It was such an odd question for me, because I knew one of his boyfriends, but he wanted to know everything I knew. Like, I have some inside track on him.
I don't know about his sex life. I don't want to know about his sex life.

"I mean, how many people did he sleep with? I don't know. Like, how many are there? I know one ex-boyfriend. That's it. He's like, 'Well, I know you know everyone.'
"I don't, I don't know about his sex life. I don't want to know about his sex life," Brandi added.
"Repeating stuff back to him, it got him off in a weird way, which if you read the text, I go, 'Really don't know anyone except for Marco.'
"Like, I know nothing, but it's like he's in his head like he's just this god. And I should know everything about him. He's definitely got a god complex, for sure."
READY TO FIGHT BACK
Brandi revealed to The U.S. Sun that she will be suing Andy for sexual harassment.
"I feel like Andy created a character that he wanted me to be and I became that character because I need to work.
"It's the only job I've had since I was married, and my husband took care of me. So I don't have a skill set," she said.
Brandi said that since this was her job, she felt over the years she had to put up with certain behaviors to maintain a paycheck.
"I had to play ball. And if that means people thinking horrible things about me, which my real friends know are not true, then I just have to deal with the public perception," she said.
ANDY'S VIDEO TO BRANDI
As The U.S. Sun previously revealed, Andy sent an explicit video message to Brandi in 2022.
Bleary-eyed Andy Cohen slurs his words as he demands Brandi Glanville watch him have sex in video she calls ‘disgusting’
In the clip, Andy says, "Brandi, we have something to tell you."
While Below Deck star Kate Chastain chimes in, "Hey b***h!"
The Bravo honcho goes on, "We are f**king tonight, and we're gonna talk about you the whole time."
BRANDI'S BRAVO HISTORY
Brandi's had a tough go with Bravo.
The model-turned-reality star was brought on RHOBH as a "friend" for season 2 in 2011 after her divorce from actor Eddie Cibrian.
Brandi previously penned an exclusive article for The U.S. Sun about her painful split from the actor.
She was brought on as a full-time cast member from season 3 through 5, but was let go in 2015 after she made comments about Real Housewives of Miami star Joanna Krupa on Watch What Happens Live.
She was subsequently sued for defamation.
The reality stars settled the suit in 2017, and Brandi was ordered to pay up and publicly apologize to Joanna. Brandi said the suit cost her $500,000 in total.
Brandi returned to the show as a guest in the 6th, 9th and 10th seasons.
In 2022, Brandi, along with several other Housewives, appeared on The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip.
In 2023, it was announced that Brandi would be returning for the 5th season of The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip, which was set to premiere in 2024.
Brandi was removed from filming after an allegation of sexual abuse was made by Caroline Manzo, which Brandi denied.
That season of Ultimate Girls Trip has yet to hit the air.
Caroline sued Bravo, as well as Warner Brothers, and NBC Universal, who own the Bravo brand, over the alleged abuse, but did not pursue legal action against Brandi.
In a filing from the suit, obtained by The U.S. Sun, Bravo producer, Lisa Shannon claimed that Caroline told them she did not feel "sexually violated," during the incident.
"At that point, Manzo revealed to us, for the first time, that she had suffered sexual trauma as a child and that Glanville’s actions that evening had triggered memories of that childhood trauma.
"She told us that she did not feel sexually violated, she felt 'disrespected' by Glanville." the producer said in the filing.
Kate, slurring, adds, "So essentially a threesome."
Andy then adds, "Actually, if you're around in like 90 minutes or two hours, do you wanna watch us on FaceTime?"
He then turns to Kate and asks, "Would you be cool with that?"
She responds, "Yeah, FaceTime. Yeah, strong WiFi."
Andy repeats Kate's "strong WiFi" comment while pumping his eyebrows up and down before signing off, "Love you, Brandi!" while raising his glass to the camera.
Bravo declined to comment for this story.
A rep for Austen Kroll did not respond to The U.S. Sun's request for comment.
