The plot to steal the miracle drug that could save Bo takes an unsuspected turn when someone new gets into the act, according to the Days of our Lives spoilers preview. Meanwhile, suspicions rise regarding Johnny’s possible role in EJ’s shooting, and Marlena receives good news about John, or so she thinks. Here’s your DAYS video preview for the week of 12-16, 2025.
Drug Wars
One man’s greed — Philip’s (John-Paul Lavoisier), that is — may be his brother’s doom. That brother being the ailing Bo Brady (Peter Reckell).
After perusing a file on the newly acquired DiMera Enterprises pharmaceutical project, specifically the experimental drug that could save Bo’s life, Philip makes a phone call. “We have a lot to discuss,” he informs someone.
Later, Philip meets with Kevin (Chadwick Hopson) at the Brady Pub. “You want to steal the drug?” Kevin asks him. “With your help,” counters Philip.

Meanwhile, Steve (Stephen Nichols) and Shawn (Brandon Beemer) break into Dr. Russell’s (Michael Dietz) lab and are surprised by what they find. Apparently, someone has already beaten them to the punch.
“What the…” says Shawn at the sight in front of them. “Someone was in here,” realizes Steve. “Whoever it was didn’t leave empty-handed,” retorts Shawn.
That someone is Kevin, the man Philip was chatting with earlier. And he appears to be holding several vials of Dr. Russell’s drug.
Suspecting Johnny
Chanel (Raven Bowens) confronts Johnny (Carson Boatman) about her fears and suspicions regarding EJ’s (Dan Feuerriegel) shooting. “You wished he was dead,” she declares. Johnny nods back at her.
Roman (Josh Taylor) has concerns about his grandson, too, and discusses them with Kate (Lauren Koslow). “When I came back, Johnny was gone. So was the gun,” announces Roman.
Meanwhile, Paulina (Jackee Harry) suspects her son-in-law of pulling the trigger, too. “You might be the one who shot your father,” she tells Johnny.
Finally, Found
And one family’s history is about to change. While out at Horton Square with Susan (Stacy Haiduk), Marlena (Deidre Hall) receives a phone call that brings tears to her eyes. Tears of joy, that is. “They found him,” Marlena excitedly tells Susan, referring to the missing John.
The news doesn’t make Susan as happy as Marlena. In fact, she begins to tremble. “It feels like someone just walked over my grave,” she announces. Could Marlena’s news turn out not to be as good as she thinks?
