Fans of Britain's Got Talent are demanding answers after Teddy Magic pulled out of the first live semi-finals. The first live show of the series kicked off on Saturday (April 26) with a performance from dinosaur rockers Heavysaurus.

Teddy Magic was then set to be the second act to perform, but after his introduction, Ant and Dec revealed that the eight-year-old magician 'wasn't ready' to come on stage.Instead, they improvised and spoke to the judges about the previous act to kill time, but Simon was left looking 'fuming' as the show didn't go to plan.

Ant explained: "Now Teddy isn't quite ready backstage yet, so we'll chat to you judges," as Dec explained they were going to have a "little change of plan".

Simon then responded sternly, "Wait, so the act's not ready?," with Ant saying: "He's only eight years old, so back off!".

Simon didn't seem impressed as the live show ran far from smoothly

After having a chat with the judges, the hosts then explained that they would be moving onto the third act, Vinnie McKee, as Dec added: "We're going to go to something else and come back to Teddy later on."

But later in the show, the hosts confirmed Teddy Magic would no longer be performing in tonight's show and would hopefully be returning later in the series.

Fans have been left concerned over Teddy's well-being, demanding answers as to why he did not perform tonight.
