The vote percentages for the 2025 Britain's Got Talent final have been revealed.

The ITV talent show came to an end last night (May 31), with magician Harry Moulding crowned the winner.

But just how did the public vote during the semi-finals and in the final itself?

ITV has revealed all, unveiling just how comfortable Harry's big win was.

The Blacouts, Olly Pearson, Jasmine Rice, Joseph Charm and Harry Moulding all made it through their respective semi-finals with a golden buzzer.

Here is how the other finalists got to the final.

Semi Final 1

Semi Final 2

  • Stacey Leadbeatter - 24.9%

  • Will Burns - 17.8%

Semi Final 4

  • CJ Emmons - 17.6%

    Despite finishing second in the last semi-final, Han and Fran were chosen as the judges' wildcard act.

    After his win, Harry fell to his knees in shock.

    Speaking to Ant and Dec, he said: "I can't believe what is going on, thank you everyone so so much.

    "I genuinely feel like everyone has been behind me. This has been the most incredible journey.

    Harry, 24, earned himself £250,000 and will perform at the Royal Variety Performance in front of the royal family.

    When is the 2025 Royal Variety Performance?

    This year's Royal Variety Performance will be held on Wednesday, November 19, at the Royal Albert Hall.

    The annual event raises money for the Royal Variety Charity, of which King Charles III is a life patron.

    According to the Royal Variety Charity, the performance is now watched by more than 152 million TV viewers worldwide.

    It describes the Royal Variety Performance as "the most successful and longest-running entertainment show in the world".

    The evening's performance is presented live, and consists of family entertainment that includes comedy, music, dance, magic and more.

    The show is filmed and broadcast later, with a specific airing date on ITV yet to be confirmed.
