Britain’s Got Talent: Simon Cowell Says "I Give Up" as Singer LEAVES Judges SPEECHLESS!

Britain's Got Talent judge Simon Cowell was left telling the audience 'I give up' after being stunned by one of the latest acts on the show.

The ITV talent show was back on our screens again on Saturday night with head judge Simon back at the helm, alongside TV star Amanda Holden, singer Alesha Dixon, former Strictly Come Dancing judge Bruno Tonioli and guest judge and social media star KSI.

However, the panel was left speechless during the recent episode after a man dressed as a giant, real Yorkshire pudding walked on to the stage and asked, " Has anyone got any gravy?"

After a few disbelieving looks Alesha eventually broke the silence asking: "Hello, may I dare ask your name?", before he replied "James".

Simon, looking at the floor, responded: "I give up", before laughs from the audience.

James then broke into song, singing a rather flat "Walking In a Pudding Wonderland", to the tune of a Christmas song with a similar name. It's safe to say he didn't last long and was soon buzzed off stage by all four judges (with KSI stepping in for Bruno).

Despite the less-than-impressive vocal performance, James was a hit with fans at home.

A format change this year will see the live semi-finals air weekly, rather than nightly across one week as they had done previously, meaning the series will last longer than usual.

Britain's Got Talent has run since 2007 and has produced winners, including tenor Paul Potts and dance troupe Diversity. Last year’s series was won by singer Sydnie Christmas, who sung Somewhere Over The Rainbow in the final.

The series champion receives £250,000 in prize money and the opportunity to perform at the Royal Variety Performance.
