Peyton Manning does not have an official title with the Denver Broncos, but he has remained closely connected to the club since retiring from the NFL in 2016.
Manning, 49, still lives in the Denver area, and he attends the team's home games at Empower Field at Mile High. Earlier this week, he visited Broncos Park Powered by CommonSpirit to speak to the team's rookie class.
Broncos coach Sean Payton dubbed Manning "a great resource" for the club last year, and general manager George Paton said he's been helpful for the team's players.

"I think it’s great for all of our players and everyone in the organization," Paton said. "He comes by all the time, and we have dinner, so it’s outstanding to pick his brain."
Last summer, Manning said that while he is not interested in running an NFL team, he enjoys helping the franchise where he can.
"Our kids do sports in the area around Dove Valley, so I'm probably at the facility a couple times a week. [They have] great snacks over there in that kind of cafeteria, so I don't know if I'm being charged for those or what," Manning joked.
"But [I have] great access. And I still have my key fob that still works from when I played, so Keith Bishop never made that go away, so that's helpful as well. ... But as far as running the team, I don't think that's on my radar in any way."

The two-time Super Bowl champion may not officially be on the staff list, but he clearly still has a key role with the franchise. Those rookies will undoubtedly benefit from having the Hall of Famer around the facility.
