Broncos tenure: Harvey was selected by the Denver Broncos in the second round (60th overall) of the 2025 NFL draft. Although he has not played a snap in orange and blue, Harvey has already impressed coaches and fans with his muscular physique at Denver's rookie minicamp.
Chances to make the 53-man roster: Lock. Harvey is one of the players Payton will look to improve the Broncos' anemic rushing attack from 2024. Harvey is likely to be a part of a three- or four-man rotation featuring J.K. Dobbins, second-year back Audric Estime and speedster Jaleel McLaughlin. Harvey combines pass-catching, blocking and rushing, all which are needed to operate in the complex system Payton runs. He's still the favorite to serve as the RB1a with Dobbins taking the RB1b role.
