Broncos trade up in 2-round NFL mock draft

In his recent two-round NFL mock draft for Draft Wire, Jeff Risdon has the Denver Broncos trading up to select a top tight end prospect.

In the mock draft, the Broncos send picks Nos. 20 and No. 85 (third round), plus a 2026 sixth-round selection to the Atlanta Falcons in exchange for pick No. 15 and a 2026 fifth-round pick.

After moving up, Denver lands Michigan tight end Colston Loveland.

"The Broncos surge up to secure Loveland, who is neck and neck with Warren to be the top TE, and there is a definite drop-off (perceived anyway) enough to spur the action," Risdon wrote for Draft Wire.

Before Denver's pick, the Chicago Bears traded up to No. 6 overall to select Boise State running back Ashton Jeanty. Eight picks later, the Indianapolis Colts took Penn State tight end Tyler Warren at No. 14.

In the second round, the Broncos land Ohio State running back TreVeyon Henderson at pick No. 51. To view the complete two-round NFL mock draft, visit Draft Wire.
