Bronwyn Newport Debuted a Drastic Hair Change at the 2025 Academy Awards

"Oscar night! What a dream to be invited by the [Elf Cosmetics] team to the 33rd annual Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party!" Bronwyn captioned the post which showed off her new dark brunette tresses cascading below her shoulders. "The dinner! The after party! The Chappell Roan x Elton John! What a night!" 

Bronwyn tagged her hairstylist, Bradley Leake, in the photo, who in turn shared how fans could "get the look" by prepping damp hair with mousse and styling dry hair with velcro rollers. Leake also noted he achieved "extra length" for Bronwyn's hair with Covet & Mane hair extensions. 

Concluding her caption, Bronwyn pointed out that her glamorous dress for the evening was "fab vintage [Roberto] Cavalli." Slay! 

Bronwyn Newport's past long hairstyles 

Though RHOSLC fans have known Bronwyn to rock a shorter haircut, the Utah mom has worn longer locks before — as recently as June 2023.

In this photo taken from New York Fashion Week in 2019, Bronwyn sported a much-longer hair look complete with a pearl-embossed headband, light blue embellished mini dress, and black leather jacket. 

We also dug up more photos of Bronwyn's longer hair over the years, including the stunning snaps below where the fashion maven showed off some of her best looks along with her lengthy locks. 

Bronywn changed up her hair in July 2023 and honored the change-up with an Instagram post. "I cut all my hair off!" she exclaimed in the caption of a series of images that put her new bob on display while vacationing in Poland.

Though Bronwyn went long for the Oscars, just a few weeks prior, she cut her hair even shorter for the RHOSLC Season 5 reunion. 

In addition to rocking a crimson-colored Carolina Herrera dress she confirmed to BravoTV.com was "not a loan," the brunette beauty wore her extra-short bob in a sleek style thanks to hairstylist Jacob Rozenberg.

"I cut my hair, and I thought that was a big deal," Bronwyn shared with reunion host, Andy Cohen, as you can watch in the video above.

"It looks great!" he told Bronwyn. "Have you always been a short hair gal?"

"No!" she replied. "My hair's always been like, almost waist length my whole life, until last year I cut it all off and now that's what I'm doing, yeah."
