The Boston Bruins formally announced the dates for their official offseason activities on Tuesday.
Mark your calendars. The Boston Bruins officially laid out their offseason schedule on Tuesday, starting with the 2024 NHL Scouting Combine in early June and ending with the beginning of training camp in September.
The NHL Scouting Combine will be at LECOM Harborcenter in Buffalo from June 2-8.
Following that, the NHL Entry Draft will take place from June 28-29 at The Sphere in Las Vegas. Barring a trade, the Bruins will not make a selection until the fourth round.
Free Agency opens at noon ET on July 1, which is also when the Bruins will open their 2024 Development Camp at Warrior Ice Arena in Brighton, Mass. Last year, Matt Poitras and Mason Lohrei each went from development camp participants to NHL regulars, and this year a handful of Bruins prospects will have the opportunity to make the same leap.
Development camp will take place every day until July 4, and the Bruins don't have anything else on their offseason schedule until Rookie Camp opens at Warrior on Sept. 11. After that, training camp will open on Sept. 18, where the 2024-25 season will officially be under way.
