Bruins Assign Two Players to AHL

   
The Bruins have assigned these two players to Providence.

According to the AHL Transactions page, the Boston Bruins have returned forward Marc McLaughlin and defenseman Jordan Oesterle to the Providence Bruins. 

 

McLaughlin, 25, made his NHL season debut with the Bruins on Nov. 26 against the Vancouver Canucks. During it, he recorded one shot in 9:36 of ice time. 

McLaughlin has played in 15 games this season with Providence, where he has 10 points. Before his recall to Boston's roster, he scored in five straight games for Providence. 

Oesterle, 32, appeared in three games during his call-up with the Bruins. He posted zero points, three hits, and a minus-2 rating while with the NHL club.
