Brynn Whitfield Teases “Truth” She’ll Reveal on New Podcast, Hints at Where She Stands with Cast, Plus Shares Text Exchange with Kyle Richards, and Shades Jeff Lewis

Brynn Whitfield teased that she’ll share her “truth” on her new podcast, and she hinted at where she stands with the cast after her drama last season on Real Housewives of New York. The star also shared her recent text exchange with Kyle Richards and shaded Jeff Lewis, who suggested last year that her lifestyle was possibly “supplemented.”

In the season 15 finale, castmates accused Brynn of lying to stir up drama on the show. At the reunion, they continually called her out even as she was in tears. Many fans wonder if the cast can truly reconcile.

“What I want to show people is the full picture … unedited,” said Brynn of her new podcast, Please See Below, in an interview with ET. “I just want all that amazing context, all those amazing conversations, I want to share them.”

“It’s a slippery slope. There’s a part of you that doesn’t want to rock the boat,” she said of her castmates. “I don’t think anyone’s, like, actively hating me right now, so I don’t want to go back and be like, ‘But you did say it’ … It’s a fine line, but there are some things I need to share, and I feel like the pod is going to be a very good place where it can be me unedited where I can share my truth and my side and my mistakes … I’ve definitely f**ked up.”

“I want to share … the equivalent of, like, sharing my texts, and all of my dating profiles,” she said.

The star also hinted at a text exchange with Kyle Richards.

“A couple of weeks ago, I was texting with Kyle Richards ’cause she’s had such a season too. And I look up to her so much,” Brynn recalled. “I [asked her], ‘How do you get through this? How do you deal with this? It’s crazy.'”

“She gave really, really amazing advice, and she said, ‘Listen to the people on the street, not the people on the internet,'” she said. “And literally in three years … I’ve only had non-stop everyone coming up being like, ‘Thank you so much.'”

The host told Brynn that she can now say she’s a “podcast host and author” when people ask what she does for a living.

“Did someone check on Jeff Lewis?” she said, alluding to the radio personality’s questions about her job. “Uh oh. Jeff’s gonna get a nosebleed… I’m gonna turn to him now and be like, ‘I do what you do.'”

Brynn shared that certain people have always been “shocked” that a “female can pay her bills,” so they make up “gross, icky things.”

As for how she’s doing after the reunion, Brynn said she still has “aftershocks” from what went down, and she sometimes has “trouble sleeping” as she replays what happened.

“Honestly it was pretty exhausting, like, it was really tough,” she said. “I was stressed, it was bad … [but now] I feel like Brynn again.”

Addressing how the cast took a turn at the finale, Brynn said she had “no idea” they had a “group therapy session” about her until she watched it on the day of the reunion. At that point, she realized why certain co-stars hadn’t “responded to my texts [in] the past two months.”

But since the reunion, Brynn shared that she’s made “inroads” with a couple of stars, and she “reached out” to all of them with an “olive branch,” telling them she’s “open” to reconnect. Brynn said she and Jessel Taank are trying to schedule lunch, but she’s in London right now.

The star shared that she “definitely” wishes to return next season, but she wants “everyone to have more fun.”
