Brynn Whitfield is sharing details about her The Real Housewives of New York City salary.
"It's my DoorDash money,” Whitfield, 39, quipped during a Monday, April 14, episode of Jason Tartick’s “Trading Secrets” podcast. “I spend more on DoorDash per week than what I made for a season.”
When Tartick, 36, asked how much Whitfield spends on DoorDash, she admitted it was “a lot” but “not that much” — refusing to reveal an actual number. Eventually, she offered a ballpark amount.
“I spend like $2,000 to $3,000 a week on DoorDash,” Whitfield shared, revealing that the bulk of her income is from her consulting career.
"I make as much as a lawyer does per hour,” Whitfield said, estimating that to be about $600 per hour.
She also offered more of an explanation regarding what she actually does for her consulting career — something that confused her fellow RHONY castmates.
“Consulting means that I have gotten to the place in my career where the clients that I had and the brands that I worked with and the agencies that I worked at were so well known that I’m able to step back, not be in the day-to-day office,” she said. “Basically, they call me for advice or to work on a deck or create a campaign idea, and they pay me very well for it.”
Tartick also wondered what “value” her clients are getting.
“The value they’re getting me is like 60-minutes of me on Adderall and just like Don Drapering the f*** out of them,” Whitfield added, referencing Jon Hamm’s iconic Mad Men character. “Genius s***, like literally 60 minutes of me at my best and just like, taglines, creative ideas, something for the ad campaign.”
Whitfield confirmed that she’s now making more from content creation than her consulting gig following RHONY.
