Boston Bruins forward Brad Marchand is known for being an effective chirper on the ice. It is a big reason why he is often regarded as one of the top agitators in the NHL.
This aspect of Marchand's game has translated to the 4 Nations Face-Off, and his former teammate, Urho Vaakanainen, experienced it firsthand.
During Team Canada's Feb. 17 matchup against Team Finland, Marchand and Vaakanainen were among multiple players in a scrum following a whistle. From there, No. 63 got Vaakanainen with a funny chirp.

"What are you going to do, Vaaks? You [expletive] pigeon," Marchand said to the former Bruins first-round pick.
Marchand caught a referee's attention, who hilariously said to the Bruins captain, "Hey! No calling guys pigeons."
Marchand is never afraid to mix it up with old teammates, with last postseason's battles with Tyler Bertuzzi being another recent example. Now, Vaakanainen is the latest former Bruin to hear it from No. 63.
Vaakanainen was selected by the Bruins with the 18th overall pick of the 2017 NHL Entry Draft. He was on Boston's roster as Marchand's teammate for four seasons, where he had six assists in 31 games. His time with the Bruins ended when he was dealt to the Anaheim Ducks in 2021-22 as a part of the Hampus Lindholm trade.
