DiGirolamo, 26, spent the first two seasons of the PWHL with the Boston Fleet. She had one goal and seven assists in 54 career regular season games. Her first PWHL goal came in the regular season finale this season.

Prior to the PWHL, DiGirolamo played five years at Syracuse University and one year with Team Adidas in the PWHPA where she was teammates with current Victoire players Laura Stacey and Kristin O’Neill. She is a left-shot defender who brings solid defence and puck-moving.

“Jessica is a dependable defender known for her tough and hard-to-play-against style. She’ll bring strong puck movement and a relentless, high standard mentality to our group here in Montreal,” said Victoire General Manager Danièle Sauvageau.

She was drafted in the sixth round, 34th overall by Boston in the inaugural PWHL Draft in 2023.

“I couldn’t be more excited to be joining the Victoire. I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to represent such a great city and play in front of their electric fanbase. I am looking forward to joining this talented group of players and coaches and chasing the Walter Cup. Allons-y Montréal!” said DiGirolamo.

The Mississauga, Ontario native will provide a boost to the team’s blueline where she will join Erin Ambrose, Amanda Boulier, and Kati Tabin under contract for the 2025-26 season.
