The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for the week of June 30-July 4 reveals that Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) will face a tough task when Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) bails on her for a couple days.
Amanda will have to hold down the fort in Nice, so she’ll struggle to keep the guests entertained and distracted at Cane’s request.
Devon Winters (Bryton James) will confront Amanda about what Cane is really up to, but Amanda will make it clear that she wouldn’t tell Devon even if she knew Cane’s full agenda.
Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will also give Damian Kane (Jermaine Rivers) a pop quiz about his former boss.
However, Damian won’t have much to spill since he never even saw what Aristotle Dumas looked like until Cane stepped out of the shadows at the bash.
As for Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson), it looks like he’ll settle on a deal with Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) – one that could grant her control of Abbott Communications if Billy ends up back at Chancellor.
Next, Y&R spoilers say Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will score some news that’s of great value to her.
Will this info come from Amanda or someone else on Dumas’ property?
In Genoa City, Cane will have a secret business meeting with Holden Novak (Nathan Owens) before turning his attention to another GC resident from his history.
Could Cane cross paths with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and set off some alarm bells?
Adam is on the verge of figuring out some big Cane details.
That may be partly due to Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) since she’ll work with Adam and expose a con job soon enough.
Chelsea and Adam will smell a rat as they solve this Cane puzzle – especially when they realize Holden’s the one who’s helping him buy up properties around GC.
Adam will face some shocking hurdles as he fights to get up the mountain and tell Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) what they’ve learned.
Nevertheless, Victor will be ahead of the game when it comes to Cane, so he won’t worry about the growing threat.
Even so, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will fret over Chancellor and whether Cane could somehow legitimately get his hands on it.
In Chicago, Cole Howard (J. Eddie Peck) will stun Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) with some grim updates on his condition, so he’ll try to say farewell to them.
Cole will prepare to lose his life over this Legionnaires’ disease that’s progressed too much for the treatment to truly work.
Will Cole actually pass away and leave Victoria crushed along with Claire?
Meanwhile, Mariah Copeland’s (Camryn Grimes) decision to distance herself from Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) and sort out her own issues will come with some complications.
Could this storyline lead to criminal consequences if the truth comes out?
Did Mariah eventually hallucinate Ian Ward (Ray Wise) and kill the gray-haired stranger (Michael Swan) as a result?
Whatever the case, The Young and the Restless spoilers say Mariah will deal with some growing anxiety about what’s in store, so stay tuned.
