Cardinals add former Rams safety to practice squad after he, 3 others tried out

The Arizona Cardinals had tryouts with four players Tuesday and one was signed to the practice squad: safety Russ Yeast II.

The opening occurred when wide receiver Chris Moore was released Tuesday and safety Darren Hall was claimed on waivers by the Colts after being cut Monday to make room for edge rusher Baron Browning on the roster. The expectation was to add Hall to the practice squad, but those plans were squashed when the Colts intervened.
