The 2020-21 Jack Adams Award winner has 278 career victories and has yet to coach a team that does not qualify for the post season. Brind'Amour continuously gets praise from his current and past players. Brett Pesce focused on his relationship with Brind'Amour when discussing how difficult it was to leave Raleigh.
The 53-year-old coach has brought energy and excitement to Raleigh and it shows in how his teams play. The structured system is run well and provides constant movement and pressure on the opposition. The system requires commitment and energy while being responsible in all areas of the ice. There is no better coach to implement his values to a group of new players and raise their respective games.
Success starts from the top and this organization is in great hands, no matter the players, while Brind'Amour is part of the management and coaching staff.
