Caroline Manzo’s second grandchild has arrived!

The “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star announced the arrival of her son Albie Manzo and his wife Chelsea Manzo’s baby boy on Friday.

“We are thrilled to announce the birth of our grandson, Albert Joseph Manzo V, lovingly known as ‘five,'” the reality TV star wrote on Instagram.

Caroline said the new family of three is already “home and ready to start the adventure of a lifetime.”

Albie and Chelsea Manzo’s first child has arrived.

“DeeDee and PopPop love you endlessly, sweet baby boy ❤️❤️❤️,” she concluded.

The Bravo star also shared several photos of her son and daughter-in-law with their bundle of joy in the hospital.

In one of the pictures, Albie lovingly looked down on his son as Chelsea held the little one in her arms.

Both Albie and his mom also posted a photo of the little one snuggled up in a blanket.

“Hi, Five💙,” the new father wrote.

The couple nicknamed their son Five.

The couple welcomed a baby boy.

The couple tied the knot in October 2023 and shared their pregnancy news five months later.

“The best is yet to come,” the newlyweds captioned their joint Instagram reveal in March. “Can’t wait to meet you little love.”

The social media upload, which included Chelsea’s September 2024 due date, featured a framed sonogram shot.

The announcement came five months after their 2023 wedding.

Caroline, 63, posted the same picture at the time, writing, “As we count our blessings, today we add one more. We can’t wait to meet you, our little cinnamon bun. Congratulations!”

Later that same month, the duo used a cake to reveal their little one’s sex.

“My face didn’t give it away at all,” Albie, 38, captioned an excited snap of his wife cutting into the dessert and showing off the blue slice.

“The best is yet to come,” the newlyweds gushed via Instagram.

They shared their baby-to-be’s sex that same month.

Chelsea, 30, shared the milestone moment in an Instagram post of her own, gushing, “As you can tell Albie (A4) is BEYOND happy that we have a little A5 coming our way. Yes I have 100% thought about potentially nicknaming our son Waygu.”

She continued documenting her maternity style on the social media platform, dressing her baby bump for a sibling’s graduation ceremony, a concert and more events.

Chelsea and Albie’s son is the first addition to the Manzo family since Caroline’s first grandchild, Marchesa (aka Markie), arrived in February 2017.

The pair got engaged in April 2023.

Albie’s little one is Caroline’s second grandbaby.

The “RHONJ” alum’s daughter Lauren Manzo gave birth to a baby girl in 2017.

Lauren Manzo has co-parented her baby girl with estranged husband Vito Scalia since their October 2023 breakup.

The exes were both present at Albie and Chelsea’s nuptials, which took place six months after their engagement.

“What a perfect couple of days,” Lauren, 36, gushed via Instagram after the ceremony. “love you both I wish we could stay here forever!”
