Charles Oakley Reveals New Details on Dating Shereé Whitfield for a "Couple of Years”
Charles Oakley is shedding new light on his past relationship with Shereé Whitfield. 
Angela Oakley's NBA legend husband opened up about his romantic past during Part 3 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 16 reunion.
“I know Shereé very well, and I remember when y’all were a couple at one point,” Phaedra Parks said to Charles, who confirmed, “Me and Shereé [were] a couple.”
Reunion host Andy Cohen asked Charles to share more on when he dated “our friend Shereé.”
Noting the relationship happened nearly 20 years ago, Charles went on to reveal the two dated for "[A] couple of years.”
“We [were] going places, doing things," Charles added. "Going to Dubai, around the country— I mean, we were moving."

How does Angela Oakley feel about Charles Oakley's romance with Shereé Whitfield?
Rumors swirled earlier this year that Charles had been involved with Shereé before his marriage to Angela, and a viewer asked Angela about it when she appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.
“You know what, Charles has dated many women back in the day, so yeah, I think the rumors are true,” Angela answered. “But it’s nothing we talk about. So no, I don’t run into Shereé, and that’s that.”
Angela reiterated at the reunion that her husband’s past is in the past.
“Shereé let go. She’s not someone who I think is interested in my husband. Or vice versa,” she said about the matter during the July 27 episode.
Charles Oakley reflects on his marriage at the end of RHOA Season 16
Although Angela and Charles celebrated their eight-year wedding anniversary during Season 16, both faced issues in their marriage during that time. Angela admitted the couple had five investment properties to sell that had put them $2 million in debt.
"These houses have put a strain on our marriage because I'm constantly asking Charles to pump more money into these properties," Angela said in Episode 17. "And now he's at a point where he doesn't want to."
A mystery man also approached Angela with a bombshell that Charles was being unfaithful to her in Episode 16.
All of the drama unfolded after Angela had previously vented, “I can’t stand [Charles]” when she was unable to reach her husband on the phone on their anniversary, while on the cast trip to Grenada. Later, she didn’t feel their FaceTime conversation was a romantic one.
"He's not even paying attention," Angela confessed in Episode 14. "And that irritates me 'cause I want to kiki, I want to talk. Like, I want to tell him how my day went. And he’s just like, 'Whatever. OK.'"

Charles reflected at the reunion how his marriage and affection for Angela played out during the season.
“I’m not the guy who’ll just be all over Angela on TV,” he said on the July 27 episode. “I don’t try to put on for cameras. She knows I love her, and I wouldn’t be here if I didn’t love her and the kids.”
