Cleveland BREAKING as Browns Sign Top Pick To Massive Rookie Contract

The Cleveland Browns were predicted movers on draft night and proved those assumptions correct, trading out of the No. 2 overall pick to jump back three spots. That decision kept them in the top five and well within position to land one of the most coveted prospects in the draft in Mason Graham.

Now, the Browns and Graham are officially set to begin the early years of his career together. Cleveland signed their prized rookie to a four-year, $40.8 million contract Tuesday morning his agents, Ryan Matha and Ryan Tollner of Excel Sports Management tell Ian Rapoport of NFL media.

His contract also comes with a signing bonus of over $26 million. Tuesday marks the first official day of Browns OTAs, meaning Graham will not miss anytime with the team as they work back into football shape.

Graham spent three years at Michigan, helping the Wolverines to a national championship in 2023. His numbers improved each season, culminating in a 2024 campaign that saw him post 46 tackles, seven tackles for loss and 3.5 sacks.

The Browns will pair Graham alongside two-time NFL Defensive Player of the Year Myles Garrett. The veteran carries a reputation as one of the most feared pass rushers in the league. Cleveland hopes that Graham translates his production from the college level in plugging the interior of their line.

Graham headlines an intriguing Browns draft class that started quite strong before taking a fascinating turn when the team selected two quarterbacks on the final two days, ending with the polarizing Shedeur Sanders in the fifth round.
