Dante and Lulu are back on the same side. What will happen next?
Dante and Lulu were once a happy couple on General Hospital. Those days seemed long gone, but will a common enemy help them find their way back?
Once Upon A Time For Dante And Lulu
Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) and Lulu (Alexa Havins) fell hard for each other years ago. Their epic love story included kidnapping, cheating, infertility, divorce, brainwashing, embryo-snatching, and crazy adventures. Just when the couple finally settled down, Dante left to capture a criminal with the WSB and disappeared for years, and things were never the same.
The couple divorced, Lulu fell into a coma, and her ex fell for Sam (Kelly Monaco). Dante was heartbroken when Sam died saving Lulu. Pretty messy, huh?
Lulu was pretty cranky when she woke up from her coma, and she and her former husband were constantly butting heads. It seemed like they were never, ever getting back together.
Dante And Lulu Fight A Common Enemy
Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) is on her way back to Port Charles, and her mother, Liesl (Kathleen Gati), is already there. This is already causing trouble for Dante and Lulu. Back in the day, Britt stole their embryo and gave birth to a baby boy, now their teenage son, Rocco (Finn Carr).
Rocco is curious about how he came to be and angry with his parents for withholding this information. Liesl is taking full advantage of the situation and is trying to get close to him, much to his parents’ dismay. Laura (Genie Francis) tried to bring them all together, but that blew up in her face. Liesl dug in her heels, even calling herself Rocco’s grandmother. Lulu and Dante are now angrier than before.
This couple needs to work together to keep their son close. They don’t trust Liesl at all and will not be happy to see Britt alive and well. Fighting the mother/daughter duo will put this once-in-love twosome on the same side, which hasn’t happened in a while. Feelings are still there, and this could all reignite their romance. Do you think Dante and Lulu will get back together? Should they? Let us know in the comments section.
