Days of Our Lives Spoilers Week of April 28: EJ’s Order, Bo’s Last Chance, Shawn & Steve’s Rescue Mission

Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of April 28, 2025, are here! Fans can expect EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) to have a new assignment for Rita Lesley (Maggie Carney).

Elsewhere, Bo Brady (Peter Reckell) is comatose but is dying. There is a sliver of hope with a mysterious injection. However, the doctor won’t release it, pushing Shawn to take drastic measures. Keep reading and let’s discuss what is coming up in the Peacock soap opera.

Bo Brady’s Last Chance

Let’s start off with Bo, who is still in a coma after being shot, but is now dying. Fans recall that Shawn was actually the one to put Bo in a coma. Shawn didn’t want to shoot his father, but did it to protect Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso). Shawn went through a lot of guilt, including a career scandal and alcoholism. 

Shawn is doing much better now, but the news of Bo could set the detective back if he’s not careful.

Kayla Johnson’s Plea

In a weekly preview clip, Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) asks Dr. Jeffrey Russell (Michael Dietz) to save her brother. However, Dr. Russell refuses, saying there’s nothing he can do. That sounds like he works for someone who won’t give the drug to Bo for some reason. 

Later, Shawn goes to meet with Steve. Shawn tells him that they are going to have to steal the injection.

While Shawn is dealing with all of that, he will also get comfort from Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu).

Johnny DiMera Punched

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Tate Black (Leo Howard) shows up at Johnny DiMera’s (Carson Boatman) door. When the door opens, Tate wastes no time punching a stunned Johnny in the face! 

Tate will also ask Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) to go with him to prom. While they do have a sweet moment together, Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) just happens to see. That could push Holly even closer to Doug Williams III (Peyton Meyer). However, I wonder if Tate and Holly will still only have eyes for each other at prom.

Week of April 28, 2025

Fans can also expect Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) to open up to Sarah Horton Kiriakis (Linsey Godfrey). At some point, Xander strategizes with Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson). Fans can also expect Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) to lash out at Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier).

EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) decides to approach Johnny. The recently awakened villain will claim he’s now using his powers for good. Later, Rita gets some kind of assignment from EJ. Plus, Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) tries to counsel Belle Black (Martha Madison).

Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) leaves Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) shocked. Cat did happen to hear Chad’s conversation. So, maybe Cat claims she just wants to be friends so Chad doesn’t have to let her down. After all, kids are involved, and Cat seems to care about them.
