British actress and TV personality, Denise Welch, is Team Scheana after season 11 of Vanderpump Rules. The regular panelist on ITV’s talk show Loose Women, joined her family friend, Scheana Shay, on her podcast.
Denise Welch is also known because her son, Matty Healy, fronts the band The 1975. Still don’t have a clue who Denise and Matty are? Matty briefly dated Taylor Swift a decade ago. After the pop superstar and her beau of over six years split, Taylor reunited with Matty briefly before hooking up with Travis Kelce. Most of the album, The Tortured Poets Department, is seemingly about her failed relationship with Matty.
The Interview:
“If I may go down the Ariana path…” began the 66-year-old VPR super fan. Excitedly, Scheana replied, “Sure!” The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived‘s mom continued, “It’s interesting that there seems to be an American and a British divide on where the fans’ loyalties go. This is what I found talking to people in and out of cafes and say, ‘Do you watch Vanderpump Rules?'”
“My friend, Spencer, and ___ (I couldn’t make out the name, but the unnamed person does public relations for Bravo personalities) said that the U.S. seems to be predominantly Team Ariana whereas, we are Team You Guys” … (I believe she meant Team Scheana and Lala.) I wouldn’t say necessarily Team Tom particularly, but certainly there is much more of an understanding about why people got a bit pissed off with Ariana.”
