Back in the spring, while Denise Richards and Her Wild Things was airing on Bravo, Denise opened up about her marriage to Aaron. "I always say it’s never balanced. It is what it is. I think that even though we’re in the public eye and I’ve had the career I’ve had, [my ex-husband Charlie Sheen has] had the career he’s had. I was raised in Illinois. My kids were raised in Hollywood. We still have a lot of the same issues that many parents have and I think that with Aaron and I, we don’t try to change each other," she told The Daily Dish at the time. "We respect each other."
