Is she behind Sasha’s baby switch?
Willow.
On June 8, we wrote about why Sasha should fear Willow on General Hospital. We pointed out that Willow comes from a long line of nature and nurture crazy, and once she found out that Sasha was pregnant with Michael’s baby — the same Michael who was battling to take away Willow’s children — she might want to get her revenge on the rival who has Michael’s child… while Willow doesn’t. Has our prediction come to pass?
GH pulled a blink and you missed it plot twist when Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) was handed a baby who wasn’t hers. “Oh, no, this isn’t my baby,” she cried. Cut to commercial.
Return from commerical. “Here you go, Sasha. Here’s your real baby. Whoops.” Well… that wasn’t particularly dramatic. But was it just a tease of what’s to come?
Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) had a complete meltdown when she lost custody of Wiley and Amelia to Michael (Rory Gibson). Just like we predicted.
While living in La-La Land, it tracks that she would try to strike back at Sasha. And what better way than by taking her baby away, the way Michael had just taken Willow’s? (It all made a lot more sense in Willow’s head.)
Sure, the situation was resolved quickly. Very quickly. Too quickly. But what if it was just a dry run?
What if Willow decides to grab little Daisy and take off? After all, remember her trauma from when Wiley was switched with her dead son? She spent a year thinking she knew where her infant was, and then she had to find out her baby was dead.
Willow knows the pain of that. She’d like to make Sasha feel it too. Or, more importantly, Michael. If he’s going to keep Willow from Wiley and Amelia, then she’s going to keep him and Sasha from Daisy. It makes perfect sense. To a crazy person.
