As it turns out, Peter Madrigal is still slinging bottles and running things — find out where.
Peter Madrigal is still working hard behind the bar since his last appearance on Vanderpump Rules. Lisa Vanderpump's longtime manager at SUR popped up during VPR Season 10 — and now viewers might be wondering if he still works at SUR.
The answer is... yes! Peter took to Instagram earlier this week where he gave a glimpse inside of his career as the manager at SUR. In the photo, co-posted with the SUR Instagram account, Peter can be seen standing alongside other SUR-vers and employees, wearing a tight-fitting black suit, white dress shirt, and black shoes, with his hair up in his signature ponytail. Both Peter and the restaurant then took to the caption of the post, where they welcomed patrons with open arms.
"The SURvers are ready for an amazing week ahead!" they wrote in the caption of the post. "Looking forward to seeing you all soon at SUR."
Just in case anyone had doubts, Peter's Instagram bio proudly declares that he is still an employee at Lisa's longtime West Hollywood eatery. "And yes, I really work at SUR," his bio reads.

How long has Peter Madrigal been working at SUR?
Peter has been a SUR employee since the early 2000's. The University of Southern California graduate spoke with The Daily Dish in 2017, where he revealed that he had been working a job in retail at a clothing store where he met SUR co-owner, Guillermo Zapata. He was then able to work his way up from a busboy before taking a managerial role in 2011.
"At the time we were going through a recession, or the recession was going to upon us soon, so I wanted to take anything I could get. That's all I wanted," he recalled. "I wanted to take anything I could get at the time. I was like, 'You know what? Suck it up. I'll just work my way to the top from busboy to server/bartender.' That's what I did."
