See what had The Real Housewives of New Jersey mom feeling anxious at home recently.
Dolores Catania is a true animal lover.
On April 13, Dolores took to her Instagram page to share a surprising update from home: a tiny mouse was running around her abode, and The Real Housewives of New Jersey mom tried to save it.
"I don't want you to die in here, no no no! Oh, Jesus," Dolores began in the hilariously cute video of herself chasing the little rodent around to help it escape. "Don't f--king tell me right now I have to f--king do this!"
We really felt for Dolores in the video, because she tried her best to shepherd the mouse out of her space in a calm, compassionate manner. "Oh, it's confused," she sighed. "Where's your mother?"
At one point, however, she opened a door, and one of her dogs was waiting. "Oh, Jesus!" she exclaimed, shooing her dog away before it could have anything to do with the tiny mouse.
Eventually, Dolores was successful in ushering the mouse out of her stunning New Jersey house, where she lives with her boyfriend, Paul "Paulie" Connell.
"Dolo & Dog vs Mouse… our new roommate," Dolores joked in the caption of the post.
Dolores Catania shared a hilarious update on her primary house in New Jersey
The mouse debacle comes shortly after Dolores and her family had another animal-themed issue at home.
Back in January, Dolores' daughter, Gabby, who lives in Dolores' primary house in New Jersey, had a funny incident happen.
In a video shared to Instagram, Dolores revealed that, via security camera footage, they saw the front door of the home mysteriously swing open, as one mischievous dog—slipper in mouth—seized the opportunity to bolt outside, quickly followed by the rest of the pack. Dolores later rounded them up in another video and asked, "I wanna know, right now, who did it?" She added, "Who was the first one to get out that door? You're bad! All of you!"
In the caption, Dolores summed it up perfectly: "They're sugar and spice...until the door opens," tagging Gabby in the post.
Do Dolores Catania's kids still live in the house she built in New Jersey?
In an exclusive interview with The Daily Dish in November 2024, Dolores revealed Gabby is the only one living in the primary home after her son, Frankie Jr., moved in with his now-fiancée.
"She likes living alone," Dolores said. "She says the house stays clean that way. With six dogs and herself. I'm like, 'OK whatever, Gabby.' So then I was kidding around with her last night. I was like, 'Oh Gab, you know, maybe I'll just come back a few days a week and just hang out since you're here alone.' She's like, 'I didn't ask you to do that.' So I'm like, 'I got you.'"
