We could dissect the Real Housewives of New Jersey series for days, as there’s so much to unpack here. Overall, this cast cannot move forward as one. So now Bravo has to step in and discern what comes next for this tortured city of souls. If you ask Dolores Catania, however, she knows that “everybody has an expiration date,” herself included, so whatever happens next, Dolo remains good.
You have to hand it to Dolores. She remains an ever-faithful Switzerland.
Dolores Catania knows no one is safe on RHONJ as the cast has to change moving forward
Whenever drama arises on Bravo, Jeff Lewis is there, hosting the key players on his SiriusXM radio series, Jeff Lewis Live. Dolores is no exception. She just sat down with Jeff to discuss the disaster RHONJ has become. On Dolores, Jeff does not worry about her, but he does worry about a few of her temperamental co-stars.
“I don’t worry about you because you’re extremely diplomatic and get along with everyone. The issue is that there are people … when a contract doesn’t get renewed, [they get] fired, whatever, they burn the house down. They go after Bravo,” Jeff began.
After Dolores and Jeff agreed this trend sucks, Jeff admitted that when it comes to burning Bravo’s bridges, he’s guilty. “I had words with them the first year or two, and then it took me two years to realize like, “Oh wow.” A little bit more gratitude. If it weren’t for them and the platform they gave me, I wouldn’t have had this and this and this. It just took me a minute, because” it “hurt,” he explained.
Dolores agreed, stressing, “I always said no matter how our expiration date happens … I would leave gracefully with a lot of gratitude because this [series] has done so much for me.”
Turning life’s lemons into laughter, Dolores joked, “Did I ever deserve to be on TV? I should have been a Housewife from Totowa,” she quipped. She then ended with a nod to her “beautiful life,” which she is “always grateful [for]”
May your beautiful life continue, whether filmed or not, Dolores. Thank you for being a faithful full-time friend.
