The proposal went down on February 22, nearly two months after Dolores confirmed Frankie had moved in with Nicole. Although Dolores didn’t reveal Nicole’s name at the time, she did share a few details about her job.

“She is called the Lip Boss of New Jersey on Instagram. She does injectables. They are beautiful,” Dolores told The Daily Dish about her soon-to-be daughter-in-law.

The Jersey mom also revealed she had met Nicole’s family in Europe, underscoring just how serious the relationship had become.

“We went to Portugal, we met the family in Portugal. Her family’s beautiful,” she said. “She’s the nicest girl. She gets along with Gabby so well.”

As shown on Instagram, Nicole’s parents, Rosa and Tony Perricho, were also present during the proposal.

The engagement came as Frankie’s dad, Frank, prepares to tie the knot with his fiancée, Brittany Mattessich. Frank proposed to his longtime partner in October 2023 and was immediately hit with congratulatory messages, including one from Frankie.

“Congratulations Dad and Brit! So excited for you two,” Frankie wrote on Instagram. “Congratulations [Frank] and [Brittany]. So happy to expand our family.”

Frank and Brittany had planned to exchange “I dos” in November 2024 but decided to postpone the ceremony after their Florida wedding venue was damaged by hurricanes.

“Our intention is always for everyone to have a great and relaxed time without any stress,” he explained to People magazine in October. “We want our guests to have a good time and it just so happens that Brittany and Frank are getting married while they are there. We are putting no pressure on our guests to have to be anywhere other than the ceremony and reception.”
